At Solvanid, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and exchange period and free returns for eligible orders under the terms below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must generally be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us even if it does not meet these ordinary condition requirements.

2. Free Returns and Exchanges

Eligible returns and exchanges are free of charge. Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send items to an address that has not been confirmed by our customer service team.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at lyriceoin5385@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve your request more quickly.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to applicable law.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

  3. Wait for our return instructions and shipping label, if applicable.

  4. Pack the item securely and follow the instructions provided.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund processing for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different item or replacement, contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable consumer rights.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the return procedure may apply.
